Attorneys at Smith, Gambrell & Russell on Friday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against PNC Financial Services to Florida Middle District Court. The suit, filed by Murphy & Anderson on behalf of Major Concrete LLC, contends that the bank has failed to release liens on three motor vehicles following the full payment of related loans. The case is 3:22-cv-00025, Major Concrete, LLC v. PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.
