He built the Capital One Technology Operations Center and was responsible for the availability of the Capital One systems for serving customers.
Tony was loved and respected by his large family and friends in the community. A conversation with friends or work associates always contained one or more of the following words: “respected, admired, an omnipresent leader, problem solver, in the trenches with the team, kind, loving, caring, committed, giving, good, vision, passion, drive, unparalleled dedication, mentor, friend”, etc. etc. Simply put, Tony was loved and respected by everyone. As requested by Tony, a private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
Because of the wonderful care to the Flora family, Memorial donations may be sent to Manakin Vol. Rescue Squad Company 1, 180 River Road West, Manakin-Sabot, Va 23103.
