Juzzef Martinez, a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, has been promoted to the role of a Commercial Banker in the Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries group for Southern Nevada. She will help provide the full breadth of the firm’s resources to local middle market businesses through tailored solutions including credit and financing, digital banking and payments, treasury and merchant services and international banking.
JPMorgan Chase Commercial Banking seamlessly delivers extensive industry knowledge, local expertise and global capabilities to clients—including emerging startups to midsize businesses and large corporations as well as government entities, not-for-profit organizations, and commercial real estate investors, developers and owners. Juzzef, a seasoned banker with 17 years at the firm, formerly was a Chase branch manager in Consumer & Community Banking and has been recognized as an outstanding performer for the market. She also assisted in the launch of two new branches in Henderson. She entered the financial services industry as a high school intern for Washington Mutual where she held several branch positions serving consumers and businesses.
At JPMorgan Chase, she launched the Nevada Adelante business resource group in 2019 to help foster an environment of diversity by empowering Hispanic and Latino employees to identify and pursue opportunities for career development and community involvement. Juzzef collaborates and volunteers with local organizations such as the Latin Chamber of Commerce Nevada Inc., Latinas in Power and Cristo Rey St. Viator College Preparatory High School.
A Las Vegas native, Juzzef earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Nevada State College.
