IPSWICH — Brookline Bank has announced that Ipswich resident Carol Hansen has been named senior vice president, relationship manager, in the bank’s Middle Market C&I Banking Group.
She will be located at Brookline Bank’s Wakefield commercial banking office.
Hansen has more than 20 years of experience in credit and ancillary banking services and support to clients. Previously, Hansen held commercial banking positions at TD Bank and People’s United Bank.
“Carol brings us a wealth of experience in middle-market banking,” said David Paikin, middle-market banking team leader. “Her energy and dedication to her clients will make her a great addition to the Brookline team.”

Hansen will be working with a portfolio of existing clients, as well as pursuing new relationships throughout New England.
Hansen holds an MBA and BS from Northeastern University. She is a member of the Association of Corporate Growth (ACG), member/director of the Boston M&A chapter of the USA500 Clubs, and a member of the XPX organization.
She is also a former member of the U.S. Figure Skating team and a national championships competitor.
