Wells Fargo Accuses Former Lawyer of Taking Secrets to New Firm – Bloomberg Law

Wells Fargo accused a former senior in-house counsel of taking trade secrets and other confidential information to a competing financial services firm called DayMark Wealth Partners in a lawsuit filed Tuesday in Ohio federal court.

The complaint alleges that Steven Satter, an attorney who started at the Kenwood, Ohio, branch of Wells Fargo in 2008, oversaw a scheme to “take significant business from” the bank and coordinated the departure of seven employees to start DayMark.
