Concurrently with this transaction, Omega Energia has also agreed on project financing of USD 40 million with a syndicate of banks consisting of MUFG Bank Ltd, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and Cooperative Rabobank UA, New York Branch. The agreement also includes a bridge loan and a letter of credit supporting six months of debt service under the project financing.
