
Cricket Australia (CA) has engaged US financial services company Morgan Stanley to help it assess a potential privatisation model that could see it sell off a stake in its commercial business.
The Age and the Sydney Morning Herald, citing industry sources, said Morgan Stanley has been brought in as a consultant by a CA working group on privatisation featuring representatives from states, territories and the Australian Cricketers Association.
