Bank of America reopens in Round Rock following repair of tornado damage

The Bank of America branch at 2651 S. I-35, Round Rock, held a grand reopening celebration May 22. The branch suffered damage in a March 21, 2022, EF-2 tornado that caused an estimated $32 million in property damage.

“The reconstruction and reopening of our Bank of America Round Rock financial center is another recovery milestone and a show of the community’s resilience and determination,” said Dennis Johnson, Bank of America consumer banking regional executive via news release.
