Wells Fargo Workers Get Early Approval for Overtime Settlement

A settlement between loan officers and Wells Fargo Bank NA was preliminarily approved by a federal court for two classes of workers who said the bank required overtime work without recording the hours.

The US District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania on Wednesday signed off on a settlement for a class of New York workers who worked as home mortgage consultants at any point between March 6, 2014, and Feb. 25, 2023, and a class of those in the same position in Pennsylvania between May 17, 2016, and Feb. 25, 2016.
