In this role you will play a pivotal role in creating structured marketing campaign test designs aimed at maximizing financial returns, assessing key marketing levers for future optimization, and developing a learning agenda for continuous refinement of our marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement, while continuously improving campaign performance and efficiency.
In this role, you will:
Create structured marketing campaign test designs to optimize financial returnsEvaluate key marketing levers for future optimizationDevelop a learning agenda for the continuous refinement and optimization of marketing campaignsSupport the monthly forecasting process, estimating future performance based on historical dataEnsure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managedStrategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadershipRequired Qualifications:
5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
Expertise in statistical testing and forecastingExperience with large production data setsProficiency in SQL, Python / R, and other programming languagesHands-on experience of Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) and data warehousing for purposes of integrating different data sourcesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teamsStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesStrong analytical skills, with experience using data and insights to inform marketing decisionsAn advanced quantitative degree strongly preferredThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
