Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Designer with a focus on UI design. This position sits within the Artificial Intelligence Experience Design group in the Strategy, Digital, and Innovation team. In this role, you’ll create delightful visuals, illustrations, animations, and interaction patterns for our AI-powered conversation experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with conversation designers, content strategists, product managers and engineers to solve complex problems, and build best practices and guidance on visual styles, design systems, animation, and transitions.

In this role, you will:
Create compelling UI and visual styles that align with Fargo’s brand and aesthetic.Collaborate with design, research, product, and tech partners to understand constraints/goals and drive projects from iteration to implementationCreate design deliverables to communicate your work, including illustrations, diagrams, storyboards, mockups, prototypes, specifications, presentations, and animationsWork closely with XD team to understand the latest designs, contribute to the design system, and prepare UI assets for productionWork with development teams to ensure that designs and animations are implemented correctlyApply user-centered design processes to ensure designs are well-researched, executed, and testedContribute visuals and prototype examples and techniques to visualize ideas, interactions, and conceptsRequired Qualifications:
4+ years of Online and Digital Product Design, Information Sciences, Graphic, and Visual Arts experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
4+ years of experience with multiple instructional design tools and prototyping (i.e. Figma, Figmotion, or Adobe Creative Suite: including After Effects)Strong portfolio showcasing production and designExperience applying user-centered design principles to design of multimedia solutionsExperience designing content and brand standards with consistent style, layout, and formatExperience developing custom graphics and/or animations (i.e. micro or UI animations)Knowledge and understanding of how to apply user research (e.g. task analysis, user scenarios) to inform design decisionsAbility to work collaboratively, as well as independently, in a team environmentAbility to develop partnerships & collaborate with other business and functional areas (i.e. technology, product, design, etc.)Strong presentation skillsExperience with digital interactive product design, mobile design, or responsive designPay Range$84,000.00 – $179,200.00Benefits
