United Way of the Yampa Valley announces the donation of $25,000 from the Wells Fargo Foundation to support the Women United Financial Literacy Program.
The Financial Literacy Program, managed by affiliate group, Women United, is dedicated to providing financial education to those in need. The program offers a comprehensive range of courses designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary for financial success.
The curriculum includes foundational courses such as Budgeting 101, Credit 101, Homebuying 101 and Investing 101. Each course, comprised of three classes, covers topics and practical strategies to help individuals manage finances effectively for a minimal fee.
