The PNC Financial Services Group Inc. and Ally Financial Inc., two large US financial institutions, announced Monday the appointment of new top lawyers in Hope Mehlman and Laura Long, respectively.
Long, a deputy general counsel for mergers and acquisitions at PNC, will succeed retiring general counsel Gregory Jordan on Sept. 25, the Pittsburgh-based company said in a statement. Jordan, a former global managing partner at Reed Smith, joined PNC in late 2013.
