NCAA Releases Seeds and Brackets for NCAA Championships at Wells Fargo Center – Drexel Dragons

PHILADELPHIA – The NCAA released their seeds and brackets for the 2025 Division I Wrestling Championships Wednesday night. Jordan Soriano, Jasiah Queen, and Mickey O’Malley will represent the Dragons at Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia from March 20-22.

Soriano earned the No. 22 seed at 141-pounds, and will battle No. 11 seed Dylan Cedeno from Virginia. This is the first time Soriano has qualified for the NCAA Championships. He punched his ticket with a third place finish at the EIWA Championships.

Redshirt freshman Queen will also be making this first appearance at March Matness. Queen received the No. 27 seed at 174-pounds, and will take on the No. 6 seed Brevin Cassella from EIWA foe Binghamton. The Elizabeth, New Jersey native is the first freshman to qualify from Drexel since 2021.

O’Malley will make his fifth appearance at the Championships, the first in program history to do so. O’Malley received the No. 22 seed and is set to match up with No. 11 seed Luke Stout from Princeton. This is the graduate student’s first year at 197-pounds. He last competed at the 2023 Nationals at 174-pounds, upsetting No. No. 10 Rocky Jordan from Chattanooga in the first round.
