The city is reviewing permits for the demolition of the former TD Bank at 4520 San Juan Ave. at an estimated cost of $10,000.
The 2,979-square-foot bank was built in 2006. Realco Recycling Co. Inc. is the contractor.
BW Roosevelt San Juan LLC of Tampa bought the 1.6-acre site for $1.645 million on Feb. 23. The demolition will make way for CubeSmart Self Storage.
The city is reviewing a permit application for a three-story, 105,800-square-foot climate-controlled self-storage building at the site at an estimated construction cost of $7.5 million.
