Spend Management
Aligns advisory and management functions that drive operating efficiency, including advising on commercial agreements and managing third party engagements and payments. Departments include Product Finance, Strategic Sourcing, Procure to Pay, Integrated Travel and Expense and Infrastructure and Transformation.
CWS Engineering
Delivers engineering solutions that enable the firm to manage expense and enhance operational efficiency, along with live event support. Business Unit Management (COO)

Manages and implements arrangements for the protection of the firm’s personnel, physical security, fire safety and crisis management. Departments also include Risk and Health & Safety.
