Greenfield, June 7, Judge Patrick Sabbs

Haleigh F. Finch, 26, of South Hadley. Admitted to sufficient facts for negligent operation of a motor vehicle in Sunderland but continued without a finding until 6/6/18, with head-injury assessment of $250, victim-witness assessment of $50, and must take and complete the driver alcohol education program, and pay the fee of $726.80. Charge of operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Found not responsible for speeding in violation of special regulation. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee.

Lorri P. Page, 54, of Springfield, Vt. Charge of possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin in Whately by state police. Dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Found not responsible for number plate violation. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150 and $50 counsel contribution.

Cyrene B. Blanchard, 31, of Springfield. Charges of trafficking in 18 grams or more, or less than 36 grams, of heroin/morphine/opium, conspiracy to violate drug laws, possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, and failure to wear a seat belt in Greenfield were not prosecuted in district court as, according to a statement made by District Attorney David A. Sullivan, that the defendant has been indicted and arraigned in Superior Court.

Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, second offense, possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, marked lanes violation, and failing to keep to the right for oncoming motor vehicle in Athol. Bail set at $25,000 cash or $250,000 surety, continued to 7/11/17 for status review.

Pleaded innocent to disturbing the peace, resisting arrest, and three charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a shod foot in each of the three charges. Asahi M. Anderlionis, 48, of Lakewood Drive, Athol. Placed on pretrial probation until 9/19/17 for assault and battery, and must continue with treatments. Placed on pretrial probation until 9/19/17, for assault, with same conditions as in previous count. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150 and $50 counsel contribution.

Sarah R. Kennedy, (cq) 35, of West River Street, Orange. Admitted to sufficient facts for larceny over $250 from a person 60 or over and/or disabled, but continued without a finding until 6/19/18. Must have no drugs, and subject to screens. Must take and complete a substance abuse evaluation, and take any after-care treatment recommended, and continue with current probation. Must make restitution of $1,515 to TD Bank, in Worcester, at $50 a month for 12 months. Charges of 11 counts of forgery of a check, and 11 counts of uttering a false check, were all dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee., but is offset when paying on the restitution order.

Sarah R. Kennedy, 35, of West River Street, Orange. Admitted to sufficient facts for possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, different date from previous case, but continued without a finding until 6/19/18 and shall be concurrent with, and with same conditions, as in the previous case. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours of community service.

Shawn R. Goldthwaite, 34, of Cottage Street, Athol. Pleaded innocent to receiving stolen property under $250 value. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 7/2/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Lawrence G. Welcome, 24, of Franklin Street, Millers Falls. Admitted to sufficient facts for assault with a dangerous weapon, to wit, brass knuckles, but continued without a finding until 6/1/18, and must have mental health evaluation and take any after-care recommended, must take and complete the anger management program, must stay 50 yards away from and have no contact with the named victim. Charges of vandalizing property, and carrying a dangerous weapon, to wit, the brass knuckles, were both continued without a finding until 6/1/18, and same condition as in count one. Admitted to sufficient facts for threatening to commit a crime, to wit, assault and battery, placed on probation until 6/1/18, and again with same conditions as in count one. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.
