NEW DELHI: iBus group has acquired certain Wi-Fi Managed Service assets of D-VoiS Communications Pvt. Ltd to increase its focus on customers in the hospitality, education and co-living sectors.
With this consolidation, iBus will be one of the leaders in business-to-business High-Speed Internet Access (HSIA).
The Morgan Stanley-backed company said the convergence of mobility and fixed line provides the customers of iBus the ability to leverage cross-functional, secure, and hyper-scalable networks to deliver an immersive digital experience.

iBus group said that it aims to build on its existing verticals and expand into various other domains such as airports, hospitals, and high-end residences in India and overseas.
This business integration vision shall transform the digital infrastructure into a full-stack solution with easier accessibility and finer reliability of cutting-edge Internet solutions, fit for various segments inclusive of Retail, Hospitality, Campus Wi-Fi, Corporate, and Public Wi-Fi.

iBus group-owned multidimensional networks are deployed across ~ 1. billion sqft area with 750 sites in 52 cities. The aspect of managing Wi-Fi along with the existing business of building neutral host passive and active IBS networks across various venues in India, will enable iBus group to become one of the largest multi-dimensional connectivity network operators in the country.
Additionally, iBus will offer its Internet of Things (IoT) solutions to its existing and new customers on its world-class connectivity platform.
