A new Fort Worth mixed-use project has landed a major financial firm as one of its first tenants.

Crescent Real Estate is building its $250 million Crescent development west of downtown near Will Rogers Coliseum and across the street from the Kimbell Art Museum and Modern Art Museum.

Started in 2021, the project includes a 200-room luxury hotel, a 170,000-square-foot office building and 170 luxury residential units.
